OUTBOUND NFS-e

The Outbound NFS-e (Electronic Service Invoice) is an Intragroup solution, native to S4Hana and ECC, to document service provision operations in the digital environment. The NFS-e is generated and stored electronically by municipal government, by another entity and/or public agency with an agreement. Outbound NFS-e integrates with counties that have this service, automating a good part of its issuance process.
The invoice issued in S4Hana or ECC is sent to the municipal government and, after approval, is automatically forwarded to the customer, and can be sent to more than one recipient at the same time. The XML is stored within the ECC itself, ensuring legal compliance with the document’s storage by the company. This solution is developed in ABAP, thus avoiding interference from satellite software and interfaces, which is also important for your company’s framing and security in the General Data Protection Law. In addition, the interface and dashboard facilitate its administration, helping to improve decision-making processes within your company.
